How long does shipping take?

Processing: 2–5 business days. Delivery after ship: 5–10 business days (not guaranteed). We’ll email tracking once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

No—U.S. only at this time.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO?

Some items can’t be delivered to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If that affects your order, we’ll contact you for an alternative address.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number: support@eldertailpets.com. We’ll make it right.

What’s your return policy?

Returns accepted within 15 days for unused items in original packaging. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged. Start here: Return & Refund Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We move fast—email us ASAP with your order number and “Cancel” or “Change” in the subject. If processing/shipping has begun, changes may not be possible.
